The office features open office work stations, large communal break area equipped with a golf simulator, reception space, multiple conference rooms, comfortable huddle rooms, and a large showroom space featuring operational window and door displays. The space is contemporary with a variety of statement lighting fixtures and warm accents, creating a comfortable and bespoke workspace for all to enjoy.

VENTURE X

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, COLORADO

Located within the beautiful Plaza Tower One building of the Denver Tech Center, Venture X provides high quality and flexible spaces for business professionals. Within the expanse of the 3rd floor, this suite for Venture X has a large open concept member area that contains the reception, break room, and lounge spaces. Throughout the rest of the space, you will find over 50 offices, a large training space, a teams room, conference rooms, phone booths, and even a recording space. The space is vibrant with pops of color and an abundance of natural light, packed with spaces geared toward flexibility and efficiency, and provides an upscale atmosphere for its employees and members.

AUTOMATION COMPANY

This office design is for an engineering and automation company with a large international standing. The office features open office work station, large communal break area, reception space, multiple conference rooms, wellness room, phone rooms, and a large training center. The space is clean, modern, and focus driven with complementary pops of color in collaboration settings. All together this office is incredibly functional while maintaining a fun vibrant work space for it's employees.

COTTAGE CARE

LITTLETON, COLORADO

Cottage Care's new office is in a beautiful stand along cottage. The interior is light and airy with bold modern accents throughout that contribute to the brand. Employee and visitors are greeted by an open reception with casual seating and natural light. The New office and conference rooms feature a stunning black aluminum storefront system with wood tone furniture. This suite also features and executive suite for out of town executives to work in a very welcoming homey environment that features a private kitchen.

Fidelity National Title Insurance Company has a new office in Denver, CO which is beautiful modern yet comfortable. the space is very bright and inviting greeting you in a large open coffee lounge and reception. Customers to the space are directed down the conferencing corridor which features beautiful full height anodized aluminum, glass storefronts and lots of natural light. Employees are greeted everyday by a welcoming work environment that has incredible 360 views to the Denver and front range regions of Colorado. there is a large central employee break room, perimeter offices and open workspaces.

Alliant Insurance Services, Inc.'s new 15,352 square foot office located in the Denver Tech Center is an airy modern oasis. Their new suite spans the entire 20th floor of the beautiful Plaza Tower One building and includes, multiple conference rooms, large open break room, open office space with incredible views, and beautiful glass front private offices.

SOUTH METRO DENVER REALTOR ASSOCIATION

CENTENNIAL, COLORADO

South Metro Denver Realtor Association in partnership with the Lewis Himes Design Team renovated an existing two story building to become their new office location and SMDRA training headquarters. This two story building includes, leasable office spaces, a large corporate training center, a rentable event center with patio expansion, a shared corporate conference room, and shared break room with a coffee bar and fireplace lounge. This space is warm, welcoming and packed with beautiful amenities. The interior design was inspired by the Colorado fall season with the colors of the changing leaves, brightness of the snow topped mountain range and the mood of curling up with a nice cup of coffee by the fireplace.

TECH MAHINDRA IN DTC

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, COLORADO

Tech Support has never looked to fun! This corporate suite is bold and vibrant with an eclectic inspired design. The approximately 4,500 sf space includes a large open office floor plan, open break room, private phone booths, conference rooms along the exterior glass, and a break away cafe zone promoting employee collaboration. Staring at a computer all day can be a daunting task but this suite has incredible views of the DTC surrounding area from Plaza Tower One to put your mind and eyes to ease.

VIRTUANCE OFFICE

DENVER, COLORADO

This office remodel is vibrant and welcoming while promoting employee collaboration. There are multiple break away spaces for informal and formal meeting spaces as well as a large communal break room. The break room divides the suite and provides a central meeting space and social gathering hub. There are stools surrounding the break room island, lounge seating and a break-down block ottoman wall to provide additional seats for company wide meetings.

This 6,100 square foot law office was a beautiful transformation space with a bright and inviting interior. This was a detail oriented job with custom millwork, creative lighting solutions, curved architectural features, and high end finishes.

HIGHLANDS RANCH, COLORADO

In this project we turned an employee break room into an exciting gathering space that encourages employee health and relationships. There are bright colors and amazing exterior views to encourage employees to take breaks throughout the day.
