This mountain home sits nestled on a forested hill in Silverthorne, CO where the walk out basement and large patio of the main floor great room connect the residents to the beauty of Colorado’s great outdoors.  The vaulted ceiling of the great room uses wood ceilings and beams to further connect one to nature and the warmth of these natural materials are carried throughout the residence.  With the large patios and windows connecting the inside to the outdoors this residence is great for entertaining inside or out.     

BUTTERCUP RESIDENCE

CRESTED BUTTE, COLORADO

This mountain home is a stunning vacation oasis for large families or groups. This home is designed as a vacation rental with a massive communal island that anchors the entire home. The kitchen is focused on family gatherings with various cooking surfaces, a large farmhouse sink overlooking the mountain views, a cooktop on island with hidden vent hood and multiple seating arrangements to engage people in the heart of the home.

This 5,500 square foot mountain home with tremendous views and an open floor plan is an incredibly charming residence.  The vaulted ceiling, warm finishes, and surrounding glass bring a brightness to the interior composition that will ignite your senses.

BRECKENRIDGE, COLORADO

This mountain community was built along the ridge creating a challenging yet exciting architectural composition. The levels of the home cascade down the mountain side for never-ending views. The floor plans are warm and inviting for families to unite and gather at all levels.

42 PONTENTILLA RESIDENCE

KEYSTONE, COLORADO

Despite site constraints, restrictive design guidelines and a difficult approval process this was an exciting project to complete successfully. The design for this mountain retreat in the Keystone Ski area features two master suites for flexibility and won multiple awards in the 2006 Parade of Homes. It won Best Overall Floor Plan, Best Master Bedroom Suite, Best Landscaping, Best Interior Decorating/ Furnishing, and Best Kitchen.

TRAPPERS GLEN

BRECKENRIDGE, COLORADO

This 7,800 sf residence won several awards in the Summit County Parade of Homes. It won the Award of Excellence for Best Kitchen, Best Overall Floor Plan, Best Master Bedroom Suite, and Best Interior Decorations/ Furnishing. It also received the Award of Merit for Best Home of Entertaining and the 2005 Overall Grand Award.
