The Watermark on Mainstreet complex involves the development of a 15.3 acre site to include nine separate buildings and one clubhouse. The apartment buildings consist of one, two and three bedroom units totaling 306 apartments. The clubhouse provides tenant with a pool. billiards room, TV lounge, exercise room, computer room, and management office.
Westwood Crossing is a low income mixed use project on a 2.183-acre site that provides 5,000 sf of commercial space and 127.172 sf of family residential space. The floor plans consist of 98, one, two and three bedroom units with spacial floor plans, walk in closets for most rooms, and exterior patios with amazing views. Amenities provided to the residential tenants include a community lounge, exercise room, children's playroom, bike storage, and on site management offices. A local artist was hired to create a colorful and vibrant mural reflecting the characteristics of not only the building but the multi-cultural neighborhood that the building has become part of. Both the art and architecture have found their place in the urban fabric of this location and will continue to be a beacon for years to come.
FT. COLLINS, COLORADO
Oakridge Crossing is a mixed-use project providing low income senior housing and commercial space. Located in the fast growing town of Ft. Collins along the Harmony corridor. The developer wanted to create a building that would encapsulate the feeling of community within the building and adjacent site. The apartment building consists of 110 one or two bedroom units. Tenants are encouraged to use the billiards room, TV lounge, Exercise room, Library, and craft room or venture outside to use the picnic areas with gas BBQ grills, shuffle board or relax at one of the seating areas throughout the property. This building also consists of 5,000 SF of commercial space.
ROLLING RIDGE TOWNHOMES
This ambitious construction project was built on a challenging sloped site and includes size building that accommodate 20 town-homes at approximately 2,000 sf each. The town-homes vary in floor plans from three to four bedroom options. Each town-home has a master suite, and each bedroom typically has its own bathroom.
